Pathetic crowd shot on the streets in SF. Golf clapping.

Thank you.  How weak was that!  Bunch of Chinese nationals with the "WTF are we cheering about again?" look.

I want pallets burning, people dragged by taxi cabs, people being pelted by beer bottles while climbing street lights.  I want chaos inn the streets!

The Lakers parade should be in June.
I said watch the game and you will see my spirit manifest.-ILLEAGLE 02/04/05

Fun fact of the day: Pat Burrell now has more World Series Rings (2), than hits (1) in the World Series. In 2008, Pat the Bat was 1-14, and this year, he was  (0-13)

PoopyfaceMcGee

That hit in 2008 was pretty damn important, at least.

Barry Zito.  World champion.

Mets have announced hiring of JP Ricciardi. haha...he of the "no I will not trade Roy Halladay but I'll give him to you later" fame.
"Oh, yeah. They'll still boo. They have to. They're born to boo. Just now, they'll only boo with two Os instead of like four." - Larry Andersen

espn strongly considering saying bye bye to miller and morgan on sunday night

25 years too late....

The deed is done, per NY Times.

Morgan gone from ESPN completely, Miller gone from TV.

QuoteIt is nearly certain that Miller will be replaced by Dan Shulman, who will be joined by Orel Hershiser, whom ESPN added to "Sunday Night" last season. Bobby Valentine might be the third voice if he does not get a managing job.

MDS

finally

shulman is one of the best baseball announcers out there. miller was just getting old, morgan is beyond horrendous, lazy, boring and out of date.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Sgt PSN

They really need to not add a 3rd voice to the booth though.  Less is more.

MDS

especially not valentine

not that anyone even watches sunday night baseball but shulman and anal will do fine
