Cliff Lee getting slapped around tonight.  It must have been rough on the poor SOB.  Seattle yesterday morning, almost a Yankee by noon, end up in Arlington last night.  "Oh, and Cliff by the way, can you pitch tomorrow night?"
"Well where does Jack Lord live, or Don Ho?  That's got to be a nice neighborhood"  Jack Singer(Nicholas Cage) in Honeymoon in Vegas.

Lee didn't have as bad of a night as Scott Kazmir.  13 earned runs in 5 innings

Today at 6 on ESPN2 is the Futures Game in Anaheim.  HOF Brown is batting cleanup and starting in RF....

We all should have hoped - Phils fans, Mets fans, etc - that the Yankees acquire him. He is clearly signing with them after the season which means they get their man and they get to keep their top prospect.

Like the last I dont know how many years, the HR Derby sucks more balls than Orodenker.

Broxton didn't blow a huge game for once and the NL held that 3-1 score for the win.  McCann wins MVP and tells America he was 8 the last time the NL won in '96.  He was actually 12.  Math is hard....
