locker would have to have a really bad year not to be the first pick...mallett might not even be the second or third qb

you certainly arent tanking a season to get ryan mallett

Yeah well Jevan Snead was going to be a top 10 pick before this past season.  I think it will be Locker should he continue to develop with Sarkisian.  Mallet has all the tools though and could easily sky rocket.
