Rumor the Eagles wanted RB Ben Tate before the Texans traded up for him.

Makes some sense.  Why else would the Texans trade up?  That said 2nd round is a bit early for a RB unless he's a gamebreaker type (like Joe McKnight, maybe).  Shady's the truth.
