I like Thomas, but I can't see the Eagles trading up to select a safety. In fact, I would be shocked if they did. I think the Thomas stuff is a smokescreen, I think their real target is Derrick Morgan. Just a hunch.

I think you can cross off every name that's been throw out there because in all of Reids draft history, has anyone actually pegged their pick?

Peter King thinks they are trying to trade up to draft JPP.  Not sure I would like that too much.  He just seems like a workout warrior to me.  Incredibly athletic but too much boom/bust potential.

In this weeks SI, King has the Eagles trading up to get Morgan. Im not sure what you're referring to.

Peter King, like everyone else, wants to sound smart so in the days leading up to the draft they will float several different theories in several different venues and if one of them hits he'll claim that he saw it coming.

To trade up to #15 from 30, the Eagles had to part with their second which was #62, meaning if they want to move up to 10 I doubt they'll have to part with the #37. I'm thinking a combo of their late second and a later pick.
