A.J. Feeley and Josh Freeman both injured their hands today. Could it be that the two worst teams in the NFL, already zesty, will be losing their starting QBs for a while?

AJ Feeley is starting for somebody? Holy shtein.

He's starting for the Rams until Bradford is ready to take over. Most likely the Rams will just trot Bradford out there Week 1 though because they won't even be trying to win much of anything this year.

The N.F.L. perpetrates two annual frauds: one against the American public, the other against players who give body and blood to make the league a multibillion-dollar enterprise.

The first fraud is preseason football, those empty, glamorized scrimmages that teams force on season-ticket holders as parts of the regular-season package.

The second, more dangerous fraud is training camp, which exposes veteran players to unnecessary risk and perpetuates the myth that football is more complicated than it really is.

training camp is absolutely necessary in football....replace the term training camp with the word practice and it doesnt sound as bad to the layman which is obviously what the person who wrote that is
