Speaking of Hauck, I was cleaning my garage last night and was listening to 97.5 on my phone.  This is the first time I've listened to that station after like 4pm (7 est).  Anyway, the topic was "Who should be the next Cowboys coach?" and listeners were emailing and texting their responses.  One dude wrote in and said Hauck should be their next coach and the guys in the studio were farging perplexed.  One of them even said "I don't understand where that came from."  How the hell can you be on sports radio in Philly and not get that? 

SD...tell me who these people are and get an explanation for me. 

Schwartzman is the usual late night host but his wife had a baby so he's been off. Last night they went with Sean Brace, Nick Kayal, and Joe Decamara. Brace is the producer of the Vai & Gonzo show (cool guy) and Kayal does station updates and produces for Bruno and Mayes and sometimes Mikey Miss's show. Decamara is the assistant Program Director. I didn't hear that part but I'll ask Sean tomorrow when I'm in and mock his stupidity.

A lot of those hits were before the rules were changed to their current level of sissyness.  In fact, I'm sure Dawkins is one of the reasons for some of those changes.  Dawk was a violent hitter and sometimes used "excessive force" but that's just the way he played.  And really, had he been born 5 years earlier, very few if any of his hits/tackles/spears would have been talked about for any reason other than their shear awesomeness.

That was kinda' my point. I don't doubt one bit that Darth had more than a little to do with the current rules.
