QB Eagles

I haven't seen much of DRC this season, but Woodson is having a sick season and I can't really argue with putting him ahead of Sheldon.

Woodson could very well be the Defensive Play of the Year.

woodson is a solid choice and can't really hate on him getting picked over sheldon.  whitten is a joke for this year's team....purely a case of name recognition.  vernon davis is having a hell of a year and probably should have gotten the nod over everyone else.  celek probably should be 2nd in te voting.

pimp going is legit at both positions.  peters is kind of surprising, but as stated left tackle in the nfc has almost no depth.

would liked to have seen bunkley and/or patterson get some love from the voters based on how well they clog up the middle.  but no one gives a shtein about interior lineman so i won't waste much time on them.

PhillyPhreak54

Have you guys been watching Peters closely? Turnstile? Flagged a lot?

SO he got beaten by a guy with 16 sacks...kill him!

QB Eagles

Alternates:

McNabb (first)
Brown (second)
Celek (second)
Mikell (third)
Manneans (fourth)
Bunkley (fourth)

ice grillin you

peters has been flagged seven times this year which is not pro bowl material

but he has only given up a total of 13 sacks and qb pressures combined which is good

hes not nearly as bad as some people say but hes also not a probowler

not that the probowl means jack shtein

AP all nfl team is the only one that matters
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Rome

Peters has been slightly less mediocre than the rest of the LT's in the NFC.

The Pro-bowl sucks.  Who cares, other than the players who have contract incentives.

And now that it's the week before the SB, it will be even less well attended than usual.

PhillyGirl

It won't matter, none of the Eagles will be there anyway.  :evil

Peters getting into the Pro Bowl is a very similar reward to how your wife ended up with you, you were the best of what was around. You cranky old farg. :-D

so he was slightly better than all other LTs in the NFC yet he shouldn't make the pro bowl?

Seabiscuit36

Peters getting it is blah, Sheldon got robbed again.

There are quite a number of Sportswriters who think Sheldon was robbed as well. that he should be there more than Asante.

i wouldnt go that far, Asante is a beast, dude cant tackle outside of one good pop a game, but he's an INT machine.   Sheldon got hands this year, and has been playing with a torn hammy, and it hasnt knocked his game.
