phillies will be under 500 this year...book it

it's like an animated minstrel show.  witherspoon must be proud.

Sgt PSN

i can't say that's any worse than any other intro i've seen them do.  of course, i've only seen about 5 or 6 of them so i'm sure there's been a lot more suckage than what i've been witness too.

That's one of the most benign flash intros I ever saw and can't understand anyone feeling nothing but "meh" after viewing it.

::)

Oh, don't you roll your eyes at me girlfriend. :-D

Now, the Tampa Bay website flash intros from 2002/2003 years, those were worthy of a fire bombing. That's a fanbase, when the team is good, that is more smug & condescending than the Skins fans.

Rome

not to go careening o/t here but i think i told you the story about the tampa ticket office offering me season tickets, right?

i got a call from them a few weeks ago begging me to buy them in 2010.  i asked the girl if i was still on the waiting list and she said the list no longer exists.

bwahaha...

Is that cartoon the Eagles' response to PETA's complaints?

General_Failure

So I'm the only one that was aroused by that intro?

The man. The myth. The legend.

Sgt PSN

yeah, but that was expected since we all know about your man crush on gary busey.

That was like watching a Japanese cartoon.

I fail to see the similarity. There were no schoolgirls getting raped by alien tentacles or japanese business men getting shat upon by a girl wearing a sailor moon costume.
