i never said mcnabb sucks. he is and was and probably will be a good qb in this league. hes probably going to the hall, if that even means anything in football.

what were talking about here is super bowls. thats the only thing that matters. mcnabb has proven hes not a guy who can win you a super bowl.  the defense sucks, the coach is an idiot. its probably going to stay that way. they wont this year. or next year. its over for him here.

ES is all fired up about the officiating.

To their credit, a few have stepped up and said that every team gets screwed once in awhile and the calls did not cost the Skins the game - only to be shouted down by the bubba's of the board.

It's funny because I haven't seen then mention that

1. Samuel got horsecollared
2. Avant got facemasked TWICE on his long catch down the side line
3. The holding call on Peters where he flung Carter to the ground was bullshtein

90% of the QB's in the league fail to come up in big situations constantly....stop thinking that No McNabb = Getting a Peyton Manning or Tom Brady. Because the odds say that's not going to happen.

McNabb played well this week.

Of course, that's irrelevant because a week-by-week assessment of McNabb at this point in his career serves no purpose.  Anyone who has watched the Eagles the last 10 seasons is aware of the fact that McNabb is capable of playing well for long stretches in a season. 

They still aren't winning the SB; McNabb isn't getting younger; McNabb isn't getting better.
