no, they are gimmicky.

we all know why they dont wear the kelly greens. that would be thing to see once or twice a year. not a random 3rd jersey that banner and co. can $ off of. farg marketing kelly green 5's would be ill. but that would acknowledge that the franchise existed before lurie's parents bought it for him, so....

which is funny because who doesn't think that kelly greens wouldn't outsell the black alternates 100x over?  hell, if they did a kelly green throwback once or twice a year, i bet they'd even outsell the midnight greens.  the eagles would make so much more loot off a kelly green alternate it's not even funny.

kelly green mcnabb, westbrook, pimp, celek, maclin, shady?  uh, yes please.

The Black jersey's are okay, but they only look good with the midnight green pants. Black pants would be pretty sweet.

those jerseys were awful

they had an excuse to go with the kellys and they didnt. instead they go with the frankford yellow jackets bullshtein. typical lurie. cant even admit they had success before he came along.

did the eagles have success before lurie?  was the buddy era more successful than now?  not even close.  was a more likable team and coaching staff, but far less productive in the w/l column and playoff success.
