Witherspoon is a good linebacker.  Bradley is a good linebacker (albeit coming off an injury).  That's two out of three that are good players.  Get a third good linebacker, move Gocong back where he belongs as a situational pass-rushing DE and your defensive front seven is at least solid.

And I agree about a free safety being a pretty significant priority.  Like second-round priority or free agent if one comes loose.

look at the history...linebackers especially speed linebackers when they fall off they fall off fast and hard

if he comes back next year with 1.5 knees who knows...or what if he gets hurt again...tho the fact that hes a mlb makes me feel a lot better about the injury

I'll say this team, with the way they are currently playing and their injuries playing a role, will probably end up 9-7.  I'm not sure which games will be the wins and which ones the losses but I can't imagine any better than that right now.  I think they'll probably be in every game down the stretch but poor clock management, inability to sustain drives, and the inability of the defense to make key 3rd down stops late in games will continue to be the formula for them losing in a frustrating manner.

I see them finishing out at 11-5/10-6

They aren't exactly lining up against world beaters. If they can somehow shake off the stupid and go into NY at 8-4, they will finish strong.

OK, I only got back in town, so they're 6-4.
Beat Washington.
Lose Atlanta (which sucks, cause I'll be there).
Lose New York.
Beat San Francisco.
Beat Denver.
Beat Dallas.

10-6, win division, who cares, NO and Min are still way better.  Saves Reid's job, again.  Ruins the franchise forever.  Go Birds.

its hopeless to even predict individual games with this team they are so up and down...lose to the raides beat the giants by 23...what that means to me is at or close to a .500 team...which is what they finish up with...either 4-3 or 3-4 to end at 9-7 8-8

More hope than anything else. Gotta hold onto something.

Actually, I think they are 3rd behind the Colts and Pats for Dec wins over the last 10 years, which makes them the December bronze standard.
