it was just remarkable the amount of pettiness from a billion dollar company over 7 second clips.

there is literally nothing the nfl could do that would be remarkable in a bad way and it most certainly didnt happen last night...its a disgusting pos organization and has been since rog took over...they covered up and tried to bury a disease that their sport causes and kills its employees....not allowing some stupid video clips doesnt even register

A subtle, but notable difference is that Ray Rice was Baltimore's guy. Drafted by them, developed with them, won a SB with them. So there's at least some sort of player/fan relationship there. Ray Rice gave those fans a lot of good memories.  Cowboys fans were defending Hardy from the minute he signed his contract....before he so much as played a single snap. There was no "relationship" there.  He was a virtual nobody to Dallas fans 8 months ago.

Knocking out your girl is indefensible, but I can at least get why Ravens fans would be willing to support Ray Rice.

i saw a clip last night of scott van pelt talking baltimore-ese with tim kurkijan recently, apparently it's a running bit for years, and TK just giggles like a little girl. pretty funny stuff. TK is the best.

Haha I was going to post the video of that. It cracks me up. Deadspin has a mashup clip of when he was on radio and would get Tim cackling.
