Yep the picking line podcast and the Grantland NFL podcast are the two podcasts I listen to.  He's also 100% right on Goodell obviously but have to worry about defamation lawsuits.

That line picking show is the best thing Simmons does. I think ESPN is ridiculous even when they suspend someone for saying something genuinely offensive. Simmons and Sal were having the type of conversation about Goodell that most of us have 5 times a day.

espn and turner are paying about 400 million for nba tv rights now

new deal will have both paying well over a billion. basically nothing will change....abc gets the finals, tnt all star weekend, etc on and on bla bla bla. espn is paying that much to prevent nbcsn and fs1 from being able to bid on the current deals or create another package. basically they are buying the nba out of it.
