it all comes down to coaching. you put your players where they can be best utilized. or you draft/sign players where you think fits best. reid is a constant failure at this. zero clock management, he refuses to adjust his game plan, even when his o-line is banged up, even when the opposing team is tearing you up. He just prays and sticks to the game plan. This is insanity. The fact is we could have randy moss, boldin and pimp lined up at WR and if the opposing team was doing what they did Sunday, the results would still be the same. When it comes down to it, good teams/coaches win close games. Reid wastes timeouts, he goes for the deep ball when he should be just concentrating on getting a first down. He refuses to have a balanced offense. Its good enough to win the majority of games in the NFC, but when it matters he just plain fails. But he's looked at as a good coach because of his winning record, not because of his epic failures in close and important games. How long will this go on? Its sad to say but I think if he doesn't die of heart attack soon, then we're in for some bullshtein for along time.

westbrook is a shell of his former self as is donovan....neither are top talents anymore...again they dont suck but at their age and with their health they dont have talent that flys off the charts

pimp is a top 3 wr with an accurate qb

lol @ celek being talented

a ton of people expected a lot from abiamiri as long as he could stay healthy

sheldon is not talented...hes a very good cb but again we are talking noteworthy talent...we werent talking about good players

so really look thru the roster and tell me the eagles are more talented that the best teams in this league...they arent...they are just another slightly above middle of the pack team

other than that good post as usual

the shtein you say is so half-ass backwards that Im surprised you can even tie your own shoes

just stop it with your nonsense already...you get proven wrong in every sport every year Im shocked (actually Im not) you have the balls to call anyone out--its so comical

ice grillin you

awww did someone catch feelings because i didnt slob over their football team

Westbrook is still a top 3 RB when he is healthy...and you are blind and retarded if you didn't see the burst he had this past sunday. Please name me 10 RB's that are better right now, because there really aren't that many doing great in the NFL this year.

McNabb is going to finish the season with 25 TD's and thats with missing 2 games. One bad game doesn't change that. Neither will 2 or 3, because every NFL QB has a few bad games every year.

Yeah, Celek being the Eagles leading receiver right now (That includes Pimp) has nothing to do with him maybe having some talent.

And I didn't see anyone, ANYONE expecting shtein out of Abiamiri....At most they expected another solid but unspectacular player....and he's been less than that up until this year.

Seriously, your sky is falling utter bullshtein is old and tired.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

youre reaching here bud...top 10 yes, but not top 3...even healthy.

westbrook isnt healthy anymore and never will be at his age and wear and tear but even if he were somehow he just isnt the player he used to be and isnt anything special anymore...

can he contribute sure
is he a good player yeah
but his days of being great or jesus christ top 3 are long gone

and he didnt have any explosiveness sunday...yeah he had some catches in the open field for some nice yardage but he wasnt running away or around anyone...a couple of those grabs go for huge yardage or a touchdown when he was in his prime

if/when shady gets his blocking assignments down then westbrook is barely the number one back on his team more like a 1a

is he a top 10 back..maybe maybe not..but that doesnt mean hes ultra talented in his play anymore...look around the league and see the group of backs youd have him lumped in with

and you didnt see that about abiamiri because you dont follow or watch the team like real fans do...for get newspapers articles which im sure you could search for...just do a search on this board and youll see people in both places writing/talking about how oh abimiri is healthy this year so he will really help out...if abiamiri ever gets on the field he will be a big addition...ect.ect.ect....it was all over the place

haha...25 td's...do you have any idea how hollow 25 td's is in this offense...he should have 30 td's in his sleep in this O

General_Failure

11 games to get 20 TDs? I'm sure we can expect him to have one awesome game in there for a god 4 TDs after first place is locked up by the Giants.

The man. The myth. The legend.

ice grillin you

he definitely should get it i mean christ he throws 50 times a game

General_Failure

The only way he doesn't hit 25 TDs is if he gets hurt, which is pretty likely if the line and playcalling continue to suck.

The man. The myth. The legend.

ice grillin you

hes only hit 25 td's twice in his career and the last time was five years ago

and only once has he thrown for 20 td's in an 11 game span

liek i said i woudlnt be surprised at all if he does it but i wouldnt say injury is the ONLY way he wont do it

Please name me 3 guys better than westbrook right now. AP....MJD....maybe Michael Turner. This hasn't been a good year for running backs so far.

And...no, after his first two injury plagued years, no one really expected Abiamiri to play as solid as he has this year. Seriously, stop.

steven jackson is better

chris johnson eats westbrook for lunch

ray rice is better

steve slaton

matt forte

im sure im forgetting some others

like i said he might be a top ten back right now...top 3 or even 5 is laughable
