reemer is out of his league in a series like this and if hes not scoring he shouldnt be playing as he does nothing else...he doesnt score either but you get the point...powe at least is solid will play physical can skate and kill penalties....reemer does nothing

not true but even if he was that has nothing to do with who the more valuable player is and hes much more so than reemer....reemer should have been out of the league since the all star break....much less being on the ice in a stanley cup final....if powe does nothing else and admittedly he usually doesnt do much hes at least a solid pk'er and can be used on faceoffs...he also will take the body and can skate....reemer is completely worthless and gives the team nothing...he was a -2 last game with ZERO shots on goal

I like getting carcillo back especially well rested and ready to crack some heads. don't really care much about jvr or powe. both are equally worthless. the move isn't going to amount to much if the big guns don't step up and steal one in chicago. Richards biggest highlight was smashing his stick right after boucher gave up the horrendous and game winning 6th goal.

yeah dont get me wrong...powe is negligible at best...but he adds something to the lineup where as reemer gives you nothing and the fact that hes 21 and like a deer in headlights on this stage can really hurt you

its sort of like having special teamer on your active roster in a football game and not dressing a fourth wr...even tho the wr is the more 'talented' player but they need to sit because they have had like three catches in the last 12 weeks and add nothing to the lineup

They were awful in faceoffs in game one. Powe can do better than he did and he offers at least that and solid PK.

I'm sorry, I just don't get this comment. Yeah, its the Finals. Yeah, its a good team in Chicago...but to say they're done if they lose is ridiculous after the past 2 months.

chicago is so much better than any team the flyers have faced thus far in the playoffs that it probably is over if they lose this game...you can disagree with the thought but its certainly not out of bounds to think that

most picked chicago to win it quite easily when it was 0-0...if the flyers go down 0-2 of course most people will say its over

chicago imposing their will now...this is the team everyone expected in game one....flyers gotta get to the intermission unscathed and they will have done well for themselves

no way you can complain because the flyers havent had a call yet but that wasnt a penalty on betts

richards got the extra....carcillo and kopecky got matchings...and really it was kopecky who was stupid as he retaliated...but who knows if carcillo gets called for the first one if kopecky doesnt strike back

Yeah, just looked up the boxscore for the call on Richards. Elbowing? And I think that Kopecky got his at the time time Richards got the eblow - could be wrong, though.
