you guys tell me:

is this good or bad for hockey that its this common/easy/evident for teams to pull upsets?

the flyers sucked in the regular season, especially down the stretch, and are dominating the devils, the 2 seed. how.

Flyers won the season series over the Devils 5-1.  It's a good match-up for them.

Assuming they get the Caps next, the Flyers probably get blown out.

flyers are a much better team they just needed boucher not to suck and he has not only not done that but hes been really good

if the flyers beat the caps that will be the real upset...but i suspect they wont win a game

as for the upset thing being good or bad

its both

in the early rounds its great but the problem with it always being so wide open is that you often have zesty teams making and winning stanley cup finals

he heard it from Horseface.  Supposedly Gagne may only have a broken toe, so they can manage that pain.  Carter is going to be out for a while it sounds like.  Figures just when he gets his game back.

Not that they have a chance vs.the Caps as it is, but it would have been nice to see what they can do with a healthy Carter.

Carter's game never left. When all you do is wing wristers at the net you're going to go through scoring droughts, injury or no.
