yeah, my Facebook feed was FULL of people going crazy about this game. And I don't think I've ever seen any complaints before (except for the goal that should have been a goal vs. the Penguins earlier this season).

Their top scorer gone, two goalies that actually played as consistent as a Flyer goalie has in recent memory gone, and no top flight talent on the wings. Awesome!

and lol at brieres deal which doesnt end till 2015

they need to to do everything possible to give away hartnell briere pronger and timonen in the next year...i know they couldnt do it and wouldnt have the guts anyway but i would have dealt timonen and/or pronger at this deadline...they still are good defenseman and could have really helped a contender

they need to hit rock bottom so when they have a number one again next summer they can try and get some real talent in the system

i don't like pulling the ref card but jesus farging christ, richards gets nailed with a penalty and i guess he deserved it according to the rules but whateverhisfargingnameisakov gets nothing for the hit on gagne which happened right in front of a ref ?

this isn't a flyer problem it's a league problem and it's nothing new. ovechkin gets nailed with suspension on a dirty hit but cooke didn't for his in another game ?

bah, it's no use, the nhl will continue to look like a rec league until they do something about the officiating.

all that said the flyers are painful to watch. migrane painful.

Seravelli probably wont be back, he's made far too many enemies.  Todd would be a huge upgrade

pronger is dead on here. while the game did show how pathetic the league's officiating is it had nothing to do with the outcome.
