The only reason the Eagles never won a championship during Randall's era is because the Head Coach relied on his quarterback to do everything instead of surrounding him with the right sort of complementary talent.  Oh, and because he thought the run was something that skinny Kenyans did in Boston.

Only in Philly could Buddy and Randall and their zero playoff victories be legends while Reid and McNabb are despised.

BTW, I loved Buddy and hate Reid. Loved Randall and don't trust McNabb. I am what I hate.

common thread.....zero championships

randall buffalo to barnett >>>>>>>> all of andys nfc championships

Hell yeah.  Saw it in person.  Insane.

randall was a much better athlete...faster, more agile, better arm, more accurate but had the football iq of a piece of bubble gum.

mcnabb is a much smarter qb, makes better reads and decisions and has the benefit of much better coaching on the offensive side of the ball along with a dominant offensive line that can keep him upright but is inaccurate and a little soft mentally.

put them together and you have the best qb the game has ever seen.  split them up and you have to players that are very entertaining to watch with 0 lombardi trophies.

ice grillin you

theres nothing about mcnabb that is entertaining...cept the wins of course...but him as an individual player is not exciting at all for how good he is

to say both are entertaining is a disgrace to randall...randall is arguable the most "entertaining" player in the history of the nfl...mcnabb wasnt even the most entertaining player on his own team during his era (westbrook)

not sure how you can't find mcnabb entertaining on the field, especially during his first few years before injuries.  dude was fast, strong and elusive.  never had the speed or agility of cunningham but he's made more than his share of highlight reel plays and has been fun to watch.  it's amazing how 15 years makes people forget that randall was equally as frustrating as he was awesome to watch.

still, i'm a fan of both though although randall gets the edge because of the jehri curl.

ice grillin you

hes had two highlite reel plays in his career...mark carrier ankles and 11 second dallas scramble....randall had games where he had that many highlites

by all means say mcnabbs a better qb but please dont ever compare their entertainment value

to even insinuate as you did that they are on the same level as far as entertainers is blasephemous

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
