I think that drinking in public is illegal, and I think that all illegal acts are usually against your parole/probation and depending on what it is the judge can violate your ass back to prison. So basically, when on release, don't break the law.

Being drunk in public is illegal, I don't think drinking is. But............it might be against his probabtion.

Folks, I simply meant "public" to mean visible to members of the general public, not out in the street or in a public commons where drinking is indeed illegal. I have to stop this aspect of the discussion before it becomes more retarded.

The New York Post reported it as if there was an agreement between Vick and the league that he would not drink alcohol, period. If he was not doing so in an area visible to the general public, no one would know about it.

The main point of my post was that the New York Post is making shtein up to go after Vick, as no such agreement existed.

Rupert Murdoch is making things up?

I don't believe it.

No, drinking in public is not illegal, public drunkenness is.

And Vick had no rule about drinking, so its all a moot point.
