I don't think it's peer pressure at all.  Phreak's his own man... he can think for himself.  I think it's more of the initial shock/anger wearing off and people are starting to realize the help that Vick could be to this team offensively.  In the end, most people want the Eagles to win... and if Vick can make that more likely, they'll get on board.

I still hate the move, but wtf, it's done.   I can't root for Vick, just as I couldn't TO, but I don't care enough to keep complaining.

Now I just hope it works out somehow and if it doesn't I'm gonna soak up the spectacle like a skink in the sun.

I don't buy the peer pressure theory, but I agree with the rest of this. Even the skink part and I don't even know what skinks are.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Is he even going to be able to play this season? What a gold standard this team has! HA!! Just goes to show you that Ried will get just about anything he can if it's on the cheap. Gold standard be damned!

Supposedly he was catching a lot of passes in the practice, but not in any type of formations yet.

From what I've seen on the tube, he's working out strictly as a qb.

Here's another great one by Shango. The fun starts at 5:45 in:

The second video was hilarious.  The fact that the Eagles have weapons now aside from Westbrook and McNabb that scare the shtein out of rank & file Cowboys fans gives me a football stinger.

I was in the mountains all weekend and heard the news later. I'm just so shocked they signed him, and all this negative media that will come with him. At the same time though I found my trousers getting tight thinking about the sort of plays that they may be running. When I think of DJack, Westy, Vick, those guys all have game breaking abilities and can take it to the house at any moment of a game. With McNabb at the helm, Curtis, JMac, and McCoy all complimenting this offense suddenly sounds very scary. I was against it at first, but mostly because I could never wrap my brain around them actually making this move. Now that he's here and seeing those pics. Damn, I'm finally excited for some football again!

Who is Mike Vick? More importantly, does he pass the look test?

General_Failure

The look test for guys likely to impregnate a sixteen year old, sure.

The man. The myth. The legend.

After watching that interview I don't think for a second he's remorseful about anything except getting caught.

That said, I still don't give a shtein.  I look forward to seeing him on the field and once he's retired or leaves the Eagles, he can get hit by a bus for all I care.
