Is Wells really a first round guy? He looked completely average in the three OSU games I watched this year. Nothing special at all. But I see him going in the first in every mock I can find.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

with a weak running back class i suppose he is...but i agree...he looks like a slighty quicker better version of tony hunt to me...i wouldnt take him before the third round

It's disgusting how much RB talent came out of last year's draft. And the Eagles got none of it. If they spend a first rounder on Beanie Wells I will be displeased.

Yes, Please.
I'm not from Philly but some say I'm blunt.

let's face it, if Buck is bye bye, then the thoughts of another undersized running back in Booker are no good. Wells is a bigger back with potential. I'd rather see them grab a LB or OT, but I would be okay with Wells.

id be fine with him just not in the first round...id much rather wait and get a shonn greene later on...not a lot seperates a first round running back from a 5th round rb

im just not a big fan of rb's in the first round unless they are an off the charts guy like a adrian peterson

Completely agree with this.

YeaH I guess last year was such a freak year for running backs. Later picks put up great numbers...I just hope we end up with one of those guys. I hope we end up running the ball more than anything

there's a book called the blind side by micheal lewis, which is basically the evolution of the left tackle position and pretty much half of it is this kid's life story.  good book.

Chris Wells?!? Hell yeah, I've read that some are comparing him to Jim Brown.

Of course, a lot of help from his line opening up huge holes.
