I heard some fans clamoring for Matt Cassel on the radio today. Yeah that makes sense. The career backup who gets to throw to Moss and Welker and has Belichek as his coach would work in this whacky offense with these WRs and this coach.

God I'm going to sound like a broken record but its not talent issues with this team, for the most part!(LB's and WR's have serious talent issues IMO)

It's how they utilize the players they have and that's a direct reflection of the coaches. Same as players they draft, all on GM. Mostly not having the right players in the right scenarios. They are pass heavy, yet have no legit threats at WR. They don't run a balanced offense, which doesn't help these mediocre receivers get open and set up the pass AND take pressure off McNabb. McNabb is not a 40+ passing QB period, he needs a balanced offense and at least one legit WR. They have a huge oline built to run block and one of the best RB's in modern day NFL, yet don't put the ball in his hands enough!
Not being able to stay on the field to sustain drives then effects how the defense plays. If the D is on the field all day, doesn't matter if they are good or not.
