Despite a sore knee, offensive tackle Jon Runyan was in the starting lineup for Monday night's game against the Browns.

Wide receiver Reggie Brown was among those Eagles inactive for the game. Also inactive were running back Lorenzo Booker, linebacker Joe Mays, defensive end Bryan Smith, offensive tackle Chris Patrick, guard Shawn Andrews and tight end Matt Schobel. A.J. Feeley was designated as the third quarterback.
