Actually, I think the specific wording was, "Will Ashley Lelie be an Eagle by the end of the week?"  It wasn't much later that the Eagles traded for Stallworth.

Seriously, they got a very nice group of offensive skills players.  Mendenhall, Sweed, and then the next Randle-El in Dixon, who they got pretty late.

1st - Couldn't have been happier with what they got for the 19th pick.  Hopefully Carolina shteins the bed next year.

2nd - trevor laws - typical Eagles pick nothing too exciting, but he looks like he will contribute from day 1.

2nd - desean jackson- haven't been more excited about an eagles pick since I don't know when, this guy gives me boners.

3rd - brian smith - if he contributes on special teams this year that would be a plus, wouldn't expect much else.

4th - lorenzo booker - love this pick up, hopefully he can contribute on kick returns and give Westy a breather.

4th - mike mcglynn - solid pickup

4th - quintin demps - like his ballhawk mentality wish he was more of a hitter, that is probably why he is a 4th rounder and not a 2nd.  Reeds days on the Eagles are numbered.

4th - jack ikegwuono - one of at least two rookies that will get stashed on IR.  I like this pick up, hopefully signing him is not an issue.   If he gets healthy they could have steal.

6th - mike gibson -  will have a tough time making the squad, though I want him to because he is an unfortunate looking SOB.

6th - joe mays - what a friggin beast...i wish there was a bunkley like combine photo of this guy...his upper body is ridiculous...could be a phenominal special teamer...ultimate wedge buster

6th - andy studenbaker - probably will come down with a mysterious injury and end up on IR before the end of camp. 

7th - king dunlap - PS if he is lucky
