i don't want farging core special teamers in the 3rd farging round

jesus christ...you can still get potential starters in the 3rd round and we're talking about core special teamers?
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

sun mo beat me to it.

he's a really fast typer.
lemonade was a popular drink and it still is

surely 1st team all-american 2 yrs in a row in the Great West Football Conference means something...surely

The Andy Reid 3rd rd special just became the not-so-special. Not one safety available in the 3rd to groom?

Rome

who is going to start this year from the third round?

look, i wanted dajuan morgan too but obviously the eagles didn't see what they wanted in him so they went another direction.  i just don't see the point of freaking out over a third round pick like you are, sunnysun.

SunMo

i'm not freaking out...i'm just pissed because they took another I-AA DE that can only survive if he learns to play OLB, and they took him in the 3rd round when by all accounts you could probably get him in the 4th or 5th.

and i didn't say anybody from the 3rd round would start this year, but in the 3rd you are still drafting potential future starters.  this guy will never be that.

zbikowski went to the ravens.  i wanted him too.

Everyone loves to get all excited about everything on draft day, but come on. If the special teams had contributed anything at all last year the Eagles would have likely made the playoffs. The offseason moves and this pick show the team is at least acknowledging one of their weakest points and addressing it aggressively. In the mean time they got a productive college player who may be able to contribute on defense.

We would all love it if they packaged their picks up and grabbed Jesus H. Christ, WR Holy Name, but they didn't so try to farging deal with it.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

Nah, Christ has some serious off-the-field issues.

SunMo

yeah, who cares if they took him 2 rounds before anybody else would've....it's all good

It's almost as though no one has ever witnessed an Andy Reid draft. This is not only par for the course but would have been a shock if it hadn't happened. Would a safety had made more sense to all of us in the peanut gallery? Yes. Sadly we don't get to draft for the Eagles so I'm just going to be happy that they have made an effort to address the worst special teams group that I've ever seen and move right along with my life.

he plays like he has holes in his hands or something.

pinoyboy2pt0

seriously, who runs a 40 with half a shed on their back?  hah.

curious pick, par for the course andy.  but if you think like a retard, it's now a second day pick, which makes him less important.
Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No pro bowl WR's.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Retarded special teams.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  "I've got to do a better job."  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Running game shines for 3 plays. Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No adjustments anywhere.  Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  (repeat)

I love watching people get worked up about projects, should have gone 2 rounds later and never seeing the field.

Look, if he pans out as an OLB then what? Then its good and his draft position is justified. Who knows if they could have gotten him 2 rounds later?

Let's just hope he works out.

Yesterday went fine, so fans are hungry to get pissy pissed about something.  It's not like the Eagles are crazy deep at LB.  Whatever.
