As you increase levels, does that increase your odds in training at all?  I've been stuck with these stats for like 2 days now:

Power: 94 [Ranked: 6] Speed: 79 [Ranked: 7]
Defense: 97 [Ranked: 5] Special Teams: 54 [Ranked: 8]
Coaching: 43 [Ranked: 8] Total stats: 367 [Ranked: 7]

I think I got one lucky roll and bumped my power up from 9 to 6 yesterday but for the most part, everything has gone unchanged. 

I know we're trying to keep it where people can't advance too quickly but at the same time, getting nothing after training one stat multiple times is rather annoying.  Since OTA's doesn't have a purpose yet, maybe it could fill the same type of role that Will has on FC where it affects the effectiveness of your training.

You have to roll above your stat to gain, so you have better than 1/2 a chance to train coaching and slightly less than 1/2 a chance to train special teams.

But I agree - the lack of payoff in training is a little bit of over-correction to the way FC is set up.  I think it would be better to add a higher degree of uncertainty to the outcome of games but allow people a chance to gain more often when training.

Also, because he's the only level 2 that won't endager my streak, I decided to play Sunny 5 times in a row.  There should probably be a control to avoid that sort of thing, but for now, I will take advantage of the advantages given.

Hmmm...I think I might try to steal this rule set.  You can download and play it head-to-head today, but it wouldn't work for those of us who can only  access web sites during the day.  (which is why I liked FC)

Since the source already exists, I might be able to put a web front-end on this without having to create the rules and the code
