Jack Bauer posts on PSF and he had a bunch of stuff to say about the problems, one of which being that his coder for the game is having real life issues and can't fix all the problems right away...but he also had this to say about gangs:

One I know the Cutters will like is: gangs can stay under 5 members for the first 15 days after being created, then they start losing 10 respect per day every day that they are under 5 people (ultimately leading in their disbandment or them going over 5 guys)

i was going to have my buddy write one, but then i figured i'd just have fun and play.  My Guard is at 15 so that might explain how people have trouble beating me, yet i cant beat anyone when i attack since my agility and Strength arent that good, just 50 on each
