i still can't win any attacks on anybody near me in level, i'm not even making 1 mark in damage...

I finally pulled off the Casino Fraud, i went to Compton and hit it.  I'm pretty sure that if you go to a lower city its easier to hit the crimes, plus having a 95% or higher will helps

I'll give that a shot.  I'm at level 25 and it seem the exp points for pulling off crimes has been greatly reduced - have you noticed that?

yeah, i think i did get around 9% though

You do realize the % is relative to level, right?  The EXP points awarded don't change.  It just becomes a smaller % at higher levels.

it becomes smaller the more times you do it...i've had it reduce over the course of the same level

just hit it again at 89% will, in compton its 10% actually

I just lost to FF as well...he hit me for one point every turn...I hit him for fifty or so every 50 or so turns....it was a very long log and I didn't lose by much, but wtf?

I want my respect point back, bitch

and a second time, a second loss...I forgot to heal up to full health.  now I'm out of energy and down two respect points.

go to compton and hit all the level 1's it's soothing.

there is an option under the search link now, you can see all the members in your area.  it makes it easy to hit people in your area.

i attacked a level 1 and only put him in the hospital for 18 minutes.  something is effed.
