I snuck out the hospital and managed to cap a couple triads before Pleshy got me. That's the strategy you have to use. Have a couple tabs open ready to hit attack before you bail out of the hospital.

yeah, only problem with that is that someone else beats me to the punch.  literally.  I missed 4 different triads by a matter of seconds.  hell, you stole one of them.  Ass.
