That's just really ghay.  Clearly, they have many people who are lacking so badly in their real life that they "need" FC to feel alive.

But another thought - if they have all the gangs paying them protection money, and with that comes no hits what-so-ever from a Cutter, there are only a few people that high that will provide them with enough experience?  So, either their growth will stop, or they will continue to buy their way up.

Either way, I hate those guys.
