Cerevant said strength does affect gun damage.  Also, I'm assuming the opponent's guard and armour affects it also.

You probably aren't attacking too many guys as low down the totem pole as Turd.

He's a bitch and should be attacked often.


That said, it seems most of the higher-up gang leader types (including our own SunMo) are ok with the "mug" and "leave" crimes.  Extended hospitalization could kick off a gang war we are ill-equipped to win.

Is the way you determined this dependent on how many will points you have? By the way, I think will goes up a fixed number of points (not a fixed %) with each 5 min cron job.

I think training is # x rand(10) x will %.  However, will deducted and increased is done in points, not percent, so having higher will lets you stay in the high 90's longer.

You need more strength - getting a better weapon won't help you at this point.

the Cutters are trying to throw their weight around, they are charging all the gangs, 5k per day PER MEMBER to be left alone...i think they may have bitten off more than they can chew this time

I got plenty of crystals....20-25.  Didn't pick up a lot of cash though.  Mostly bags with $5k or less.  Only 2 or 3 with more than $20k.

But what really annoyed me was that I must have made close to 10 trips to the hospital.  Fargers.
