they won't truce...they were out to destroy us from the start...they had a spy (Leeds) in the Bloods 2 who stole money and jumped ship and then they started attacking.  they were going to do it one way or another.  i can offer a surrender, not sure what that does.  but it may at least keep the gang together.

We didn't start this.  Unless you count banging non PSF heads.  It's a grudge held from early on they've been nursing.
