Here's an idea

fiktishes can go.  useless level 2.  

ggdguitar6 can go.  useless level 3 that hasn't been on in a day.

southhawks23 can go, but will still recieve gang protection since his spouse is in.  

wickedwrister and gangvillarreal are nice but easily replacable.  

incompletemedia.....i don't even know who that is.  

That's 6 names though which gets us to 20 and we don't have to drop anyone from .

Basically, give them the money to start another gang.  If they don't want to start another gang then give them each 100k back.  

I'd prefer to have one gang rather than 2.  Keep us all together which is kind of the whole point of a gang in the first place.....even if it is only an internet gang.
