He doesn't want to pay for consideration to join our gang anyway.

As I said before, attack at will.  And "leave him" so he's out of the hospital quicker and you get more experience.  Then, someone else can attack him.

I guess there's a little evidence for this. FF was saying that he couldn't beat up a hobo until Level 3. I was able to do it back on Level 2, I've got 425 IQ. On the other hand, I still usually fail when I try crimes that take most of my bravery.

Not sure if it's IQ or will or simply level or what.  At this point, I never fail at the simpler crimes, usually succeed at the 6-brave crimes, and sometimes at the meth lab.  I haven't had any luck with the 10 or 11 crimes yet.

Not sure.  I think about 5% at level 4.  But I did just get 9% for beating up another level 4 player.  I'm attacking people right now, because training wouldn't be as effective as my will slowly increases from the housing change.
