This "DeathFire" guy thinks he's very tough.  I would recommend beating him down early and often to everyone in the gang.  He's currently level 3, but I haven't had an issue kicking his ass with the rifle.

Do not attack PSF Cutters at this time. We have a tentative truce with them. We are also "friends" with The Crips, meaning we don't attack them and help them out if they ask us to. This was basically done so Southhawks would stop attacking all our low level guys. Also, they have some heavy hitters that could come in handy.

Check gang affiliation before attacking.
