Is there any way to get your Will to replenish faster?  Or does it simply come with experience?

beating people down seems to replenish it

What's up bloods....I'm still trying to join but I only have 10 g's....I have a semi automatic pistol though.

Not bad at all.  I don't think I've put anyone in the hospital for any longer than maybe 45 minutes.

You get experience from mugging, working out, committing crimes (successfully) and you can also randomly pick up exp by scavanging.

you also get exp by training, committing crimes, and while defending your self as you Scavenge

but yeah, attacking gains experience nicely, especially if you do it right.  when you win by attacking above your level, leave them alone instead of mug or hopsitalize for nice exp

unless of course you want to be spiteful...which is sometimes called for
