i think it's just there for anybody to use if it's needed.  i'm not sure if anybody can access the vault or just me or just me and dio...

but obviously if anybody needs anything its there and i can hook anybody up if i am around

Only you and Dio, which is a good thing. It can be used for growing the gang, getting people nice weapons, housing, etc.

12 crystals gives you 100% energy.  Only use them when you're out.

I think they can also give you IQ points or money if you use them that way.

Go to the Crystal Temple and you can use them there.

Mole?  I could never rat out my family.

Besides, there's nothing I could tell you that you couldn't find out for yourselves.  Most of the game is open to the public.
