Funny how Harrison is always pointed to as proof that you can be a star WR in today's NFL and not be a sociopath.

that bar is 10 blocks from where i live. north philly representin.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Personally, i think he's a gun collector.  Part owner of that shtein bar, and protects himself with the biggest gun he can legally carry so he doesnt have to use it.  If i was a very rich NFL player, im going to carry, especially in that part of the city.

If I was a very rich NFL player, I would try to avoid living/doing buisness in that part of the city.

gargano is on outside the lines saying Marvin Harrison was involved in a shooting outside Playmakers in North Philly. I guess he's part owner and they had trouble with a patron and it ended in a shootout.

Is Garrett Reid out of jail yet?

QuoteGarrett Reid said he enjoyed dealing in North Philadelphia and liked feeling powerful.

"I liked being the rich kid in that area and having my own high status life," Reid said in a statement read by the judge. "I could go anywhere in the 'hood. They all knew who I was. I enjoyed it. I liked being a drug dealer."

Charity and Buisness are two different things.  If an NFL player wants to open up a bar, fine by me.  But if I'm pulling in millions on the field and only a few thousand through a bar, maybe I should worry about my personal safety first.  (And by personal safety, I don't mean carrying a big ass gun, I mean doing buisness in slightly safer location)

This, however, I can get behind 100%

cedric benson

He's history. What a gigantic bust he is turning out to be. I don't think in his whole NFL career, he's ever looked like he did in Texas, not even one play from what I can remember.

Jesus Christ. Another reason these cretins should never be allowed out by themselves:
Atlanta's LB Michael Boley arrested for....................wait for it.......................beating a woman.

Another supposed "high character" NFL player in trouble with the law: Lofa Tatupu nailed for driving around with a BAC of .158.
