He's won one playoff game since beating Atlanta in the Super Bowl 10 years ago.  After losing the championship game at home 3 years ago, missing the playoffs the last two years and choking away the division this year, I'm not surprised it happened.  btw Reid is now the 2nd-longest tenured head coach in the NFL (Fisher)...

Not surprised to see Shanahan get fired. He has two SB wins, but the truth is he has been a zesty coach for a long time. I wouldn't want him coaching my team.

The real surprise is that Marvin Lewis still has a job. He and Herm Edwards are horrendous coaches, worse than Reid. They have no business keeping their jobs, particularly Lewis, who has had ample time in Cincinatti and has only succeeded in driving the team deeper into shtein.
