I still remember sitting in my room with my friends listening to Seven Deadly Words and laughing my face off.

Rest in peace, George.

Having listened to all of his albums and seen all of his shows, my hunch is either he doesn't give one shtein he is dead, or he is happy to be there. Was nice having him around.

An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

I saw him live in Raleigh a few years ago, and even though he clearly was mailing it in, I still laughed my ass off multiple times.  The good news for us fans is that there is a lot of material out there to be had from him.  The bad news is that there won't be any more.  Motherfarg.

RIP

Wasn't surprised when I heard it this morning because he was looking old and thin in his last HBO special.  His material declined as he did, but he's still one of the funniest guys ever.  He'll be missed....

here are some highlights of dirtbag scumfarg Jesse Helms' revolting life as a hero of the white southern USA:

I've been portrayed as a caveman by some. That's not true. I'm a conservative progressive, and that means I think all men are equal, be they slants, beaners or stillupfronts. - February 6, 1985

I've never heard once in this chamber anybody say to the homosexuals, 'stop what you're doing.' If they would stop what they're doing there would not be one additional case of AIDS in the United State.

All Latins are volatile people. Hence, I was not surprised at the volatile reaction. -- regarding protests to his visit to Mexico in 1986

The Negro cannot count forever on the kind of restraint that's thus far left him free to clog the streets, disrupt traffic, and interfere with other men's rights.
