Do you believe Lito deserves more money?  If so, you're dismissing the injury problems.

ice grillin you

thats not true at all...they can be mutually exclusive and a lot of it depends on how much money you believe he should get

for example lots of people didnt dismiss westbrooks injuries in 2005 and yet supported him getting a new deal

i would have had no problem with the eagles reworking his deal in a fair manner and taking a chance on him staying healthy

It's going to be a sad sight when Westbrook, Tito, McNabb, Runyan, and Dawkins, are all gone. Even worse when Reid will still be coaching.

I love Runyan Westbrook and Dawkins like I love my own dick.

The full list:

QuoteThe Eagles released nine players on Friday, the most notable being defensive tackle LaJuan Ramsey, and agreed to terms on a one-year deal with veteran defensive tackle Kimo von Oelhoffen.

The other players released were Gary Butler, Jeremy Clark, Tanard Davis, Terrell Golden, Casey Hansen, Xzavie Jackson, A.J. Schable and Mark Staffieri.

Ramsey was cut?  Hmm..he played well...or at least better than you'd expect given his pedigree...the few times he had a chance...

I am a little shocked to see Ramsey cut too. He started strong, showed flashes but never put it all together, Although he gets love for that personal foul against the Cowboys.

He'll go elsewhere and be a star now.

I like the re-signing of Kimo. I know he's as old as dirt but I thought he played particularly well in his limited time last year. The team has been stockpiling athletic olb/de types. I wonder if Kimo, who was a 3-4 DE, was signed for some depth as JJ develops more of a 3-4 look than most suspect in the coming season.

The other option is that JJ wants to mirror AR who is addicted to passing, so he assembled a huge OL that is built for run blocking.

McNabb will be on Eskin's show, Missanelli's show and CSN DNL today
