hes better than an UFA just because the 4th round gives you a certain "slot" and the power that comes with it...even tho most of that is taken away with his baggage....but theres no chance he doesnt sign with the eagles since they went out on a limb for him he and rosenhaus will appreciate that and sign accordingly probably along the lines of an incentive based deal

i'm amazed that bowman went undrafted.  all he did was throw a little bag of squeef out the window when being pulled over.  big whoop.  looks like the eagles did sign him though.  nice.
