It doesn't take much to make PFT.

i still don't see why florio deems it necessary to say "birds going after wideout omgz!1)] every other week.  we bring someone in, big deal.  but why he reports us and hardly anyone else having draft visits baffles me.

then he goes birds looking at wr - could be smokescreen - birds tried to get wr (and failed) ... he wrote that twice.

we got a hater!!
Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No pro bowl WR's.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Retarded special teams.  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  "I've got to do a better job."  Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  Running game shines for 3 plays. Pass. Pass. Pass. PUNT.  No adjustments anywhere.  Pass.  Pass. Pass. PUNT.  (repeat)

phatty's favorite mock draft expert's latest take on the Eagles:

QuotePick: Jeff Otah

The Eagles are a team that could draft the best available player, as they don't have many glaring needs. They could use a big play wide receiver and Devin Thomas and DeSean Jackson fit that need. But the Eagles have two aging OTs, Jon Runyan and Tra Thomas, and drafting a young player like Jeff Otah is a move the Eagles will most likely make.

Awesome.

PoopyfaceMcGee

It's amazing that a team that's never won the Super Bowl and finished last in the division 2 of the last 3 seasons has very few glaring needs.

It's even more amazing that Ed gave that farging idiot his own forum on the EMB.

Ban Ed.

how do even define "dont have many"...like would three glaring needs be more than many?

to me if youre going for the superbowl one glaring need is to many and should be addressed as aggresively as possible

so my buddies and i won the punt, pass and kick competition at the novacare complex last night.  it helped that the other 4 kids on our team were about 17 years old and big dudes.

got a bunch of nice eagles swag and met jr reed, stewart bradley, brent celek, jamaal jackson, and sean considine.

fun night.

Please tell me you made a fence-jumping joke to Reed and asked Considine if he honestly thought he was making the team this year.

phattymatty

someone douche did ask jr about his injury and how it affected his 40 time and he was like um, i haven't ran a 40 since the combine.  i wanted to sneak up behind him while he was eating and start barking and see what happens but i pussed.

and considine up close looks like less of a football player than some people on this board.

Well, that's not saying much.  After all, we have near-pros on this board.  MURP is basically the same as Josh Parry, and Munson ran a 4.46.
