The slobbering over Romo was nauseating.

Joe Buck is nauseating period. I hate that guy.

Aikman was bad, too.  It was hilarious when Romo strung together two nice completions, and Aikman said you could just tell they were hitting their stride.

Their stride was a punt 4 plays later.  Both Buck and Aikman were looking for excuses to fellate the Cowboys.

PhillyGirl

Funny you mention that, because I said the same thing during the game.  :-D

i didn't think Aikman was bad at all, he made fun of himself after the "getting momentum comment"

Shocking that an ex-Cowboy would be biased towards his former team.

::) times infinity.

Phanatic

Aikman was better with less biased coverage then Buck which makes no sense. Buck's a St. Louis dude. I met him once. Nice enough in person. Next time I see him I'll tell him sucks for everyone. He'll be so crushed...

Aikman actually used to be pretty fair.  I think the fact the Cowboys don't completely suck for the first time since he's retired is turning him back to the dark side.

Considering he was always a fair and decent commentator, it is commentworthy.

Just like their sister network FOXNEWS, the commentators are always fair and balanced!

BTW, I'll bet Tony Siragusa is in bed with Sean Payton and Reggie Bush as we speak.  Literally.

Or on Williams with the horsecollar again.  I loved how he flipped out, like he thought it was a clean tackle.

Besides the blatant officiating miss on Hamlin's head-to-head hot on Schobel, the hometown refs were in full force on less obvious plays also.  A couple that went against the Eagles were very questionable (including a holding call on Jamaal Jackson when he cleanly pancaked someone), and there were an assload of non-calls in the Cowboys' favor.

Magical_Retard

i liked how aikman claimed curtis should be at best your #3 and reggie brown should be your #3 or #4.

Homer: Batman is a scientist.
Marge: Its not BATMAN!

SunMo

that's not what he said...he said they should both be either 2's or 3's...but not 1's

Yep. They called a BS false start on Jackson as well when he lowered his ass to get into his stance.  They also missed on a running into the kicker on Rocca.  The guy claimed he got a piece of the ball but Rocca was punting from the end zone and the ball traveled to midfield.
