Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Sixers scored 14 pts. in the 1st qtr. and 13 the next. They didn't score a pt. in the second until there was around 4 minutes left. They were down by 20 or so at the half yet somehow came back to win. Damnit.

Since Korver is out 2 weeks or so it gives the younger wing guys a chance to play. They beat Portland tonight 92-88, took it down to the last minute. Outscored them 36 - 15 the final quarter.

Iguodala 22 points, 4 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals, 6 TO. He seriously needs to cut down on his turnovers. He's definitely a good player but his handle is terrible. It's a shame since he's a good passer too.

Lou Williams had 19 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, 3 TO in 25 minutes. Statistically it appears he isn't a turnover machine anymore.

Jason Smith 12 points and 4 boards in 24 minutes. Nice.

Thad 7 points and 5 rebounds in 16 minutes. He only had 1 turnover, but his handle is also a big issue. At this point in their rookie careers, he's basically Iguodala with an acceptable jumpshot.

Carney had 5 boards in 13 minutes. It's weird with him, sometimes he'll get 2 boards in 30 minutes or in bunches. Dunno what it is about him.

Writing that much about the 76ers = lol. At least it wasn't about dead end players like Green and Dalembert.

This team's going nowhere this year (hopefully) but it definately seems like they've finally gotten themselves a decent young group of players to build on.  Have they rid themselves of all the rediculous contracts they've been carrying over the last couple years or is there still someone on the roster sucking up insane amounts of money?

its not gonna happen till they get the ball out of andres hands more...they are trying to make him into some kind of pt forward type guy and he cant be that...i like andre miller but hes a terrible one to go along with iguodala cause he a half court set guy...they need a young point that can run the court and get the ball to iggy in transition on the wing....im not saying hes either but iguodala is much more clyde drexler and much less scottie pippen

The only "ridiculous" contract left after this year is Dalembert. They'll have a ton of cap room this summer, presuming they don't waste it all on Iguodala.

dalembert is one of the better all around centers in the nba...his contract is far from ridiculous

I put it in "quotes" because so many people think that he's severely overpaid. I can't stand him, but that doesn't make me blind to the fact that he's at least serviceable. The Sixers could be worse off.

people need to look around at the league at what some other players are making and they will see that dalemberts deal is not horrible...i realize the center position in the nba is terrible right now but thats what makes dalembert more valuable than his talent has showed...hes a very good rebounder shot blocker and defender...his offense is pedestrian at best but the guy is gonna probably avg a double double this year...how many other centers in the nba can claim that?

How about this one?

Dook's been playing out of his gourd this year.   And he's only gonna get better too.
