They were actually vultures circling over the decaying carcass that is the Eagles' season.

Brian Baldinger was on DNL today and was killing the Eagles for the condition of the field...something I've been saying for years.

I still can't get over that flock of birds that would move from endzone to endzone.  What was up with that?  They seemed to have no problem finding the endzone.

Seriously, I can't recall seeing that before.  Is that a common occurrence at the Linc?

Funny that they mentioned the field because I was talking about that with igy's boy that hooked me up with a ticket about how the field looked like crap before kickoff.  I think there was a Temple game there on Saturday and it looked like they didn't even bother re-painting the lines or mid field logo.

Gold standard, indeed.

BigEd76

The midfield logo and endzones weren't painted on Saturday, so that was an overnight or early morning rush job

Sgt PSN

It didn't even look like they had been painted at all.  All the lines and everything was really faded looking.

They were painted by Abercrombie and Fitch

Eagles be stylin'.  That explains why all the refs had their collars popped.

A&F are the official faded jeans of the Philadelphia Eagles.

The team doesn't give a farg, so why should the groundskeepers?
