Oh yeah... not only did the Eagles allow Brian farging Griese to drive 97 yards for the GW score... Griese did it by calling the plays his own plays because the radio in his helmet was out.

Brian farging Griese outcoached Jim Johnson and all his crazy angle blitzes.

EDIT: Kill JJ

QuoteThe Bears' winning 97-yard drive was aided by Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Johnson's decision to sit in zone coverage after using a high-pressure approach to slow the Bears for most of the game. By sitting in a mixture of two-deep and quarters' coverage, the Eagles allowed Brian Griese to find open receivers over the middle of the field on his three biggest completions on the drive. And the winning touchdown to Muhsin Muhammad came against a combination zone coverage that left an overmatched Sean Considine isolated over the middle. Johnson's decision to scale back his aggressive approach cost the Eagles a victory.

These postgame conferences and interviews suck too.  Too many players with "I don't know" comments.  Nobody has any answers to turn this around...

where do you think they get it from...it starts with their coach...the fire and brimestone ray rhodes guys are gone now...only dawk is left and hes a cripple....this is now a team molded and shaped exactly the way andy reid wants it and....yes men...vanilla....no playmakers...ect...

the perfect example is chris gocong...this bum has actually been getting credit this year for "not farging up"...i mean jesus christ think about that for a second!?!?!?

is that what its come too...people being happy that players arent farging up...its insane...the fans deserve more than that....they deserve players that go out and make plays not players that arent as bad as we thought...i was sickened numerous times in the game when i saw chris gocong and sean considine combining on tackles...its a travesty how far the talent base has fallen on this team...you can get by with having horrible coaching if the talent level is high....but when you combine bad coaching with weak talent this is what you get

You have a dumb motherfarging friend.  How any Eagles fan can be confident enough to put any money on this team to win a game is beyond me.

In all fairness, it's a friend that $20 means absolutely nothing to.

Reid and Marty for passing the ball under 3 minutes to go when the Bears only had 1 timeout left, passing the ball on 2nd and 3, and 3rd and 3

Not that I am defending the overall coaching...but i don't think this happened that way. The only 3rd and short passes was a first down to Celek right before the TD, and a 23 yard reception to curtis on the same drive.

I get ya... but I'll assume that your friend got to that point by not throwing his money away.

I mean... I can lose a 20 or two myself without really hurting but I still hate losing a bet.

We can all agree that the Eagles right about now... if nothing else... are a losing bet.

there was a drive in the first half where westbrook broke off for eight or nine yards and they had a 3rd and real short and they threw out of the shot gun...there was also several 3rd and 3/4's where they passed...

11 passes 6 runs in the 4th quarter

the amazing thing too about a lot of the passes on should be running downs was that they would inexplicably go into the shotgun with westbrook split out...not even giving the appearance that they might run the ball...i know you cant run the ball 30 straight times to run out a clock...but why were they constantly going into the shotgun as if they were down 21

Because the coaches are farging clowns. Which we already knew.

True, but even back when he had less money, he probably made similar bets for $5.... still roughly $4.99 more than I would have put on the Eagles covering yesterday.

mussa

we all know we lost cause of the playcalling, but the ref's had some really bad calls yesterday. mcnabb also was unstellar. he had schobel twice in or close to the endzone. still being a coach and watching your QB's performance. you'd think he would adjust his playcalling. nope. AIDS

Watching Donovan (almost) scramble for that first down yesterday was painful.  Five years ago he would have turned upfield and left Bears players' jocks littered all over the field.  Now he limps along like an old man looking for his cane.

Sad.

mcnabb was brutally inaccurate on way to many throws...but reggie baby oil hands brown didnt help him either by dropping that goal line throw

i defended that guy all last year with the drops because he was also consistently getting in the end zone....there is no more defense for him...zero touchdowns this year

the weaponry on the offense is a complete joke...when kevin curtis is your best wr youre in big big trouble...even worse might be the fact that jason avant is their 3rd wr

It was good to see mcnabb get back to strong-arming 3-yard passes at his receivers' feet. I really missed that.

I didn't think they'd miss LJ that much, but they've been brutal without him

i still don't know why the Eagles were playing a 3 man line with Jevon Kearse playing the middle of the field on the last drive...that was incredible
