Looks like they were set up for another Hunt run, then a devil appeared on Andy's shoulders and said "it's only 2nd down, why not throw deep?" so they took a timeout.

game is way too close considering how we have played better than the jets for the most of the game.

I disagree. Thomas Jones has 82 yards rushing and Leon Washington has already returned the ball 112 yards. It's amazing the Jets only have 6 points, thank goodness their QB sucks.

I'd go for any 4th and short. It's a 50/50 shot for Akers to make. Horrible.

That kick wasn't even close.

And the Eagles aren't really outplaying the Jets.  If not for the Jets own miscues kicking, it would be 10-9.  The Jets are pretty much running at will.
