Late night KFC runs for Andy? Late Night pill runs for Britt?
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Seriously, I have no idea what guys on a practice team actually do.

EDIT: Thank you Wiki:

Quote
Practice squad players practice alongside regular roster players during the week; however they are not allowed to play in actual games. They are paid considerably less than active squad players ($4700 per week or $80,000 per season, in comparison to the NFL minimum rookie salary of $285,000). They are also ineligible for many fringe benefits such as service time, pensions, and the like. They hope to be promoted to the active roster either by their current team, or by another team who is scouting them. They retain free agent status and may sign with any team they wish without compensation to the original team. Many are former college players living in the surrounding city area, and the vast majority of them are forced to take other jobs to help support themselves during the season and off-season. In fact, the current term evolved from the term "taxi squad", referring to the job that many scout team players held in order to supplement their income.

80k a year, and they need to get second jobs? I wish I was that broke.

Who'd Mike Gasperson's mom blow to keep him employed?

Why is that guy still around?

imo hes only on the team for training camp...and of course he must be a good practice guy...a wr that knows the offense runs precise routes...basically a good guy for qb's to throw too....i say this because and youll know this phreak he gets an amazing amount of run in camp...close to if not as much as any wr on the team

Well, you do need guys on the practice squad who are there to provide/improve actual practice for the pros.  You can't have a bunch of projects who need special attention.

I know...and I was wondering the same thing up at camp too. Dude gets almost as much time out there as Brown and Curtis. I don't get it. He's a good, big target but he's nothing special.

I'd give that spot to someone worth investing some time in. Because let's be real...dude's got no future in the NFL.
